*第 21 週的超音波產檢,胎兒的手舉在頭邊呢!

一星期一次的聚餐,婆婆也發現了我的食慾比起懷孕前大,似乎是盤子上裝多少我就吃多少,極少有剩下.比起懷孕前,更愛吃甜食.
體重倒是沒有初期 六個星期胖8公斤 的那般快速,希望是都被寶寶吸收去了才好,總體重比孕前增加了12公斤.

目前腰圍 (如果以肚臍為基準,水平地繞肚子一圈就算是「腰」的話) 超過 36 吋半,將近 37 吋,不知這樣是大是小?
近來睡眠品質不一,有時會因腰酸背痛而睡不舒服,有時又可以睡得很沉,總地來說嘛,一切都還好,並沒有什麼會太令人抓狂的不適症狀.


那天去參加了朋友的生日派對,對方家裡養了一隻貓,讓對貓過敏的我鼻水流不止,像是栓不緊的水龍頭似的.
幾個鐘頭過去,症狀增強,不只流鼻水,眼睛也開始紅腫,流眼淚,不知情的主人家終於忍不住,顧不得失禮地詢問我是怎麼了.
得知原來我對貓兒過敏,連忙道歉,趕緊把貓兒趕出了屋外,雖然這已經離最後階段:引發氣喘,無法順利呼吸不遠了.
其實這也是我起初不願意說的原因,因為畢竟那貓兒是主人家,我是客人哪,害得無辜貓兒得暫時被拒自己門外,總讓我有種喧賓奪主的愧疚感.
雖然害孕婦過敏致氣喘也害主人家內疚了許久,唉,為難阿,我是不想掃興才沒說的,不能說他們有錯,不知者無罪嘛.
我並不討厭貓,事實上,我很喜歡貓,與生俱來的高貴優雅,那可是貓科動物才有的特質,可惜我上輩子大概是隻老鼠吧,身體反應不在我控制範圍內,就是沒辦法與牠們共處一室阿.

那天晚上,應該算是懷孕以來最慘的一天.
當晚因為氣喘,無法呼吸,遲遲不能入睡,在床上翻來覆去地連 Steve 也被我吵醒了數次,直到清晨六點,乾脆起身去洗個澡之後,症狀亦漸漸緩解,天微微地亮了我才終於睡去.
Steve 起床刻意不叫我,想讓我多睡一些,可是9點多的時候,我卻經歷了有生以來的第一次也唯一一次的抽筋 – 媽呀,那真的是很痛耶!
被這突如而來的刺痛驚醒,當場睡意全無,我尖叫出聲,想自己伸手按摩一下,卻發現懷孕頂著的大肚子卡在半路上,我根本摸不到自己的小腿...那種無力感阿!
Steve 衝進房來,見狀趕緊幫我按摩,等到比較不痛了,一股委屈湧上心頭...他奶奶的!過敏一整個晚上沒睡,才睡沒兩個鐘頭,腳竟然抽筋!
這時候,算是撒嬌吧,也算是發洩,就哭給老公看,讓他抱抱秀秀,直說我真是可憐的寶貝之後,才又心滿意足,開心地躺回去睡上大半天.

原本今天是我可以將 MA 申請書寄出的第一天,可是英國的郵差們正在鬧罷工,似乎星期三才有希望恢復上班.

Vicky 的醫生說一個月胖 1.8 公斤很好,於是我想計算一下到底我最近的這一個月來是胖了多少.
今早特地趁著穿著輕薄睡衣,上完廁所,尚未進食跑去量體重,比孕前多了 13 公斤.
扣掉八月底前在台灣增加的那 8 公斤,九月至今的這 5 個星期半以來,不知不覺地我胖了 5 公斤,平均一星期增加 1 公斤!
比較醫生給的標準,這...這也太多了吧!....我還以為自己胖的不夠多,天吶~

    26週的baby應該只有兩磅(0.9kg),喔喔~
    初期多的應該都長到媽媽身上去了~XD
    baby到後期才會加速成長

    我現在是30週,肚圍也差不多是36吋,
    不過我想問的是,知道baby的性別了嗎??
    不過我還沒有經歷過抽筋,希望也不會有,
    聽說多吃香蕉可以預防喔,因為有含鉀,
    有空就多吃吃,反正吃水果對媽咪也好~^^

    多謝關心! 左撇子也沒關係啦, 比較藝術唄~ 雖然我和Steve都沒有這種細胞, 如果生出個藝術家, 那也很驚奇, 哈!
    目前是還沒有啥憂鬱的, 每天都還是很開心地過, 我那天和我娘講電話的時候也提到這件事, 我娘說我大概沒機會得啥憂鬱症吧, 因為老公和公婆們都很照顧我, 產後也都會幫忙帶小孩之類的, 好像沒有什麼可以讓我憂鬱的理由啊!

    我兩胎都是胖十公斤左右. 儘管我是超易胖體質, 而且從無害喜徵狀, 超能吃且超愛吃完全不忌口(兩回都是我一說要減肥小孩就來報到了), 只胖十公斤實在是奇蹟, 還是說那兩兄弟都很善待媽媽? 第二胎一生完寶寶加上胎盤, 增加的體重就掉了快一半了. 每個人都不大一樣, 不過我感覺後期是胖的最快的時候, 大概一星期一公斤的速度, 然後正當以為不會有妊娠紋時, 在生產的前一週突然出現!!!
    我到後期也是常腳抽筋, 特別是凌晨時, 踢醒老公按摩最實際啦!

    聽我婆婆說阿,孕婦最好不要接近貓!!好像是說貓的身上有一種寄生蟲,對孕婦及胎兒不好(我以為英國人都知道的說)…
    所以,下次不要覺得不好意思說啦!!孕婦最大:)

  • 我生樂諦的時候才胖九公斤耶~樂觀的時候是12KG,不過因為我初期都會孕吐很嚴重,我想,EMILY因該還是在安全範圍內,別擔心!*_^

    聽說會抽筋是缺磷或是鈉(我以前MIDWIFE說的,以前我幾乎每天都要抽上一回),所以EMILY最近要多補充鹽哦~(不過我姊也說是缺钾..)

    總之,一定要保持心情愉快哦! 加油!^_^

    可以好好開始做敗家計畫了~XD
    醫生說我是在正常範圍,因為我孕前比較瘦,所以建議可以多到35lb,
    一般來說就是25lb囉!
    我看台灣babyhome時,很多媽媽竟然到懷孕20幾週才胖一兩公斤,
    看的我自己心驚膽跳..但是餓了不吃實在是很難過..兩難哪..Orz..
    我台灣的媽要我少吃點,以免到時後瘦不下來,
    美國的公婆則是要我多吃,這樣baby才會長大(媽咪胖死不關他們的事)
    不過我有請台灣的朋友幫我買印尼綁腹帶,很便宜,
    有用到時候我再來跟你報告~^^

    I also have asthma, and I want to have children at some stage of my life. According to the various references I’ve read, some researchers believe that if the mother has some allergy attack (i.e. asthma in our case) during pregnancy, the mother’s high level allergy specific immunoglobin,IgE, may affect the naive immune system of the baby, and it is more likely for the child to be allergic in later stage of their life.

    I don’t know how true this theory is, but I plan to avoid asthma attack, especially when I’m pregnant.

    喔喔…我懷我家mimin時是胖二十公斤耶…六個月前我是劇烈孕吐症到要住院,所以體重是不增還減,六個月後孕吐停止,我就大吃特吃,一共胖二十斤耶!!!妳之前那麼瘦多胖一些沒關係啦!!

    我是希望不會再有抽筋的狀況出現, 那還真是痛阿!
    現在才26週我已經胖了13公斤, 人家不是都說後期會大更快? 天吶, 我不知會變成啥樣子阿~~
    但生產前我並不想節食, 以防萬一沒瘦到自己卻餓到小孩就不好了, 所以只好把這問題留到生完了再來想辦法啦!

    妳這麼一說我才隱約想起好像有聽說過耶! 我是沒有與貓咪有肢體上的接觸, 因為在沒有口罩等的保護下, 光是和貓咪在同一個空間裡呼吸就夠我受的了, 唉.
    恩, 以後一定會事先說的, 畢竟我難受就算了, 要考慮到胎兒. 謝謝提醒喔!

    英國的貓很幸福的呢, 都嘛在家裡和戶外之間遊蕩, 通行無阻, 不像台灣的環境, 寵物放出去都怕出車禍或者被人怎麼樣, 所以主人家只是把門上那寵物專用的洞口鎖上, 貓就進不來了.

    Dear Emily,

    婦產科醫生說, 最危險的是貓的排泄物, 所以做Garden的時候要小心, 帶口罩和手套之類的!

    我有一本台灣婦產科醫師寫的參考書. 書中有讓媽媽們根據BMI做參考的增重標準. 等下班後再抄錄給妳參考囉!!

    媽媽說, 抽筋的時候可以在冰磁磚地板上走走, 可以舒緩刺痛的感覺… 不過我們薯條也才十二週大, 基本上還沒有讓我經歷抽筋的時候 (touch wood!)

    兩個,中間也腫得跟甚麼似的,結果一生完,做完月子,就慢慢
    開始運動,結果現在的身材比沒生前更好,安啦! 不要擔心太

    國佬九月移居荷蘭,唉~ 姑娘我又得重頭摸索起啦!希望他以後
    不會又想移民哪一個奇怪語言的國家了。>.<

    比起台灣的醫生,外國的醫生的尺度真寬
    我一個月重兩公斤
    醫生就警告我胖太快了^^”

    每個月2公斤那是美國的醫生說的, 英國的醫生根本就不在乎這種事情, 採”一切順其自然”的態度呢!

    Ok 回來了! 來分享一下醫師說明應增加的體重建議.

    BMI = 體重 (KG) / 身高(公尺)2

    BMI 30 則嚴重肥胖

    體重不足的媽媽整個懷孕期建議增加總體重為 12.5~18KG (每週0.6).
    正常體重則增加11.5~16KG (0.5KG/week)
    體重過胖則增加7~11.5KG (0.3KG/week)
    過度肥胖則增加6~7 KG (0.2KG/wk)
    雙胞胎懷孕則增加16~20.5KG (0.7KG/wk)

    孕期每個階段應增加的體重
    體重不足的媽媽前三個月增加2~3KG, 中三個月增加6KG, 後三個月增加6~7KG
    正常體重的媽媽前三個月增加1~2KG, 中三個月增加5KG, 後三個月增加5~6KG
    體重過重的媽媽前三個月增加1KG, 中增加3KG, 後增加3KG.

    無論如何, 千萬不能減肥!! 尤其是藥物控制式的減肥!!

    我現在的 BMI 是 23.7, 哈哈, 剛好在正常範圍內呢, 真好~~
